Ordering & Pricing

Our standard MOQ is 5kg per product grade. For first-time buyers, we offer sample packages starting from 100g to help you evaluate our products before committing to larger quantities.

Yes, we offer tiered pricing based on order volume. Discounts typically start at 20kg orders and increase with larger quantities. Contact us with your expected volumes for a custom quote.

We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal for international orders. For established wholesale accounts, we also offer NET 30 payment terms.

Shipping & Delivery

Our matcha is vacuum-sealed in food-grade aluminum pouches to preserve freshness, then packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective materials. All packaging is designed to maintain product quality during transit.

Quality & Products

Our products are certified organic (JAS, USDA, EU Organic), and our facility maintains HACCP certification. We also provide certificates of analysis (COA) for each batch upon request.

We work directly with tea farms in Uji, Kyoto and conduct rigorous quality testing including color analysis, particle size measurement, and taste evaluation. Each batch is tested for pesticide residues and heavy metals.

Unopened, our matcha has a shelf life of 12-18 months when stored in a cool, dark place. Once opened, we recommend using within 4-6 weeks for optimal freshness and flavor.
